Affiliate and Comparison Specialist

Currently we are looking for new a colleague to join our Affiliate and Comparison team as Affiliate and Comparison Specialist in our Brno offices. Are you interested in online marketing, cooperation with partners or price comparison? For this position, you don´t need years of experiences, we can teach you everything, if you know the basics and have the will to learn more!

What to expect in the position:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales through affiliate and comparison sites.
• Implementation of promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attraction of potential partners.
• Working closely with internal departments to integrate strategies into broader business initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. CJ, affiliate partnes, supports) to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
• Generating detailed performance reports and presenting insights and recommendations.
• Conducting regular audits and implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and reliability of affiliate programs and comparison sites.

What we expect from you:

• Results orientation mind with numerical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing (e.g. Google Analytics)/Affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and in technologies in general.
• Ability to work with data and analytics.
• Managing stressful situations, adapting to new situations.
• Teamwork and communication is no problem for you.
• Business English on level B2.
