• Lead and innovate - You'll take the lead in creating and supervising continuous improvement programs to help us become more efficient and successful.

• Optimize for success - Evaluate and improve our current processes, implement innovative solutions, and use techniques such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to move us forward.

What we're looking for: 

• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a similar role where you've successfully improved processes. 
• A strong educational background, ideally with knowledge of industrial engineering and / or LEAN manufacturing, so terms like 5S, KANBAN, Supermarket, FIFO and Value mapping are not new to you. 
• Ability to communicate in English or German and to lead small teams. 
• Experience with tools such as AutoCad and SolidWorks and a basic understanding of industry standards like IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. 
• A positive, self-starter with a team-oriented and detail-oriented approach.
