Customer Care Representative with Portuguese

What is going to be a part of your workload?

• * Providing our Portuguese clients with support via e-mail and calls* Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order* Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse* Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences* Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews

• * Proficient knowledge of Portuguese language regarding both writing and speaking skill as you are going to deal with our Portuguese customers* High empathy capacity and professional attitude* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Enthusiasm for personal development* Heart beating for your team at Notino
