Customer service - German language needed

• Order Managament/order processing: You record the orders in our ERP system an dyou take care of the customer data
• Communication: You create an send order confirmations an invoices
• Logistics: You organize deliveries, create delivery and customs documents and you keep an eye on the processes
• Customer support: You support sales, coordinate appointments and monitor delivery times
• Collaboration: You work together with the planning, quality assurance and production departments
• Complaint processing

POŽADUJEME

• Languages: German (min. B2)
• English is of an advantage
• Profession: completed commercial training
• Experience: some years in customer service; experience in accounting is a great plus
• IT-competencies: MS office an ideally ERP-experience
• Personality: good in communications, team spirit, reliability and independent way of working
• Enjoy working with customers

NABÍZÍME

• Salary 40 000 - 45 000 CZK
• 25 days of holiday (5 weeks)
