You will be responsible for

• Communication in Spanish and Portuguese with clients who have high expectations of quality service
• Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
• Processing orders in a company system
• Handling of service requests

• Customer service experience
• Highly advanced Spanish, Portuguese, and English (spoken and written professional communication daily)
• MS Office
• Client orientation and excellent communication skills
• Responsibility, result-orientation, meticulousness
• Proficient level of Czech is an advantage
• SAP or Navision is an advantage
