Group Head of PR & Communications

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a daring, data-driven PR & communication strategy that positions Heureka Group as a thought leader across all 9 markets.
• Act as the Group’s spokesperson, steering impactful messaging across the region.
• Build deep relationships with top media and drive proactive coverage that captures the spotlight.
• Leverage our unique and unparalleled market data to craft stories that resonate and set the conversation.
• Be in touch with all internal teams and keep hand on the pulse of the company to identify stories to tell.
• Take the reins in high-pressure situations with decisive and strategic communication.
• Direct PR agencies to push creative limits and redefine communication norms.
• Elevate brand presence through strategic social media leadership on LinkedIn and Twitter.

What we expect from you:

• An innovative mindset — creativity, courage, and determination to go beyond the ordinary.
• Proven success in proactive media relations and strategic storytelling that drives results.
• Deep understanding of CZ/SK/HU markets (bonus points for familiarity with other CEE regions).
• At least 5 years of experience in PR, media engagement, and crisis communication.
• Fluency in English (C1-C2) and Czech.
• A knack for turning data into compelling narratives that inform and inspire.
• Calm under pressure with a resilient, problem-solving approach.
• The ability to think independently, lead boldly, and inspire a team.
