Head of Accounting & Process Transformation

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee and drive the implementation of innovative technologies within the accounting department to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Redesign and optimize reporting workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
• Focus on strategic planning for process improvement and technology upgrades, while guiding the implementation and automation of these changes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and CAS accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and advice to key stakeholders, supporting decision-making across departments.

POŽADUJEME

• Experience in accounting and finance, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and communicative English skills.
• Deep understanding of IFRS and CAS standards.
• Proven ability to implement process innovations and drive change.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
