Helpdesk support with technical background

  • Deliver support (via phone, email, web form, chat, and community) to both internal and external customers (US, EMEA), offering solutions to application and functional issues.
  • Provide timely updates and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with and escalate issues to relevant departments while acting as an advocate for the customer.
  • Document all transactions in the CRM system and create content for knowledge base resources.

POŽADUJEME

  • Basic technical background, basic SQL understanding is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues.
  • Advanced/proficient level of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian is an advantage.
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
