ICT Service Desk Specialist - Prague

  • Provide IT support for internal users.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and services.
  • Manage hardware and software assets, including installation and updates.
  • Handle the successful implementation of new ICT services.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, proposing efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with external ICT providers and create detailed documentation for IT processes.
  • Participate actively in group IT projects.

POŽADUJEME

  • Experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of installing and maintaining Windows 10 and software applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, MS Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Technical understanding of networking, hardware (printers, audio/video), and general ICT infrastructure.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive work ethic and a medium-level proficiency in English.
