- Manage the maintenance activities in the Body in White (BIW) workshop, ensuring that equipment and machinery run efficiently to maintain uninterrupted production.
- Organize and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime and prolong the life of the equipment.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production targets.
- Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring that repairs and replacements are carried out in a cost-effective manner.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve urgent issues and develop strategies for enhancing operational reliability.

POŽADUJEME
- Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Reoublic
- technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant
experience.
- Communications skills and have proven knowledge of improving performance in industrial, maintenance, production and/or logistic processes
- Experience from running production in car manufacturing for instance Stamping,
Mega Casting, Body, Paint, Assembly, Battery Assembly or Engine assembly will be
highly meritorious.
- Global and strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, as well have the flexibility to
travel to some of our Global sister plants.
