People Experience & Branding Specialist

What will you do?

• You will work closely with the entire People Experience & Branding Team to implement strategies for employer branding and internal communication, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• You will prepare and review engaging texts for various platforms, including social media, internal magazines, presentations, and project documentation, to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Furthermore, you will manage and update our communication channels, including career pages, Welcome to the Jungle, and Viva, ensuring that they reflect our brand and attract potential candidates.
• Also, we expect you to prepare compelling photo and video content for different platforms, highlighting our workplace environment and culture.
• Additionally, you will assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external events, fostering engagement and promoting our employer brand to current and prospective employees.
• You will actively participate in different projects within the area of employer branding and internal communication.

What do you need for this role?

• You should have excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
• Advanced English language skills are necessary - we are an international company.
• Native Czech language proficiency is a must.
• You need to be great at communication in both spoken and written form.
• We also expect you to know how to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Canva, graphic design programs, video or sound editing software) is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a significant plus.
