Role: Senior Manager, Global Category Manager Subcontracting & Finish Goods Europe

About the Role

This role oversees the subcontracting spend related to the installation of the client’s Cabinets, Racks, and accessories across Europe. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring the application of a commodity strategy on a European scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local buyers, guiding them to achieve excellence in procurement practices.
• Develop an aligned Category Strategy,
• Lead cost reduction projects to improve efficiency and savings.
• Negotiate global contracts
• Provide invaluable Global Market Intelligence
• Evaluate and manage global suppliers as strategic partners,
• Champion cost-saving initiatives and share best practices globally to enhance CCR’s competitiveness.

POŽADUJEME

• BA/BS in business or engineering, with 7+ years of experience
• MA/MS degree with 5+ years of experience
• 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain leadership, with experience and knowledge in installation subcontracting being a plus
• Demonstrated thought leadership with the ability to lead analysis and resolve complex problems, evaluating both tangible and intangible variables
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Fluency in English is required, with German fluency being a strong advantage.
