Senior Product Manager

Your role:  

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for improvement and optimization of product used by our Merchant clients like Verified by customers badge or dynamic pricing. You will collaborate with multiple Teams across the company to bring the best innovations to our clients.  

What will you do: 

• Develop our products for e-shops: gather feedback, analyze needs, and identify new opportunities for improvement. 
• Become the product knowledge expert: Learn the product portfolio in detail and serve as the primary source of comprehensive product information. 
• Discover and design new products: from the initial idea, through client and internal stakeholder validation, development team collaboration, to successful production deployment. 
• Collaborate across teams: close communication with developers, UX designers, marketing, and sales departments. 
• Improve internal tools and processes: support the registration, administration of e-shops, and other systems ensuring smooth cooperation. 

What we expect from you: 

• Experience in product management within product development or e-commerce. 
• Ability to effectively collect and process customer feedback. 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex challenges. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. You handle pressure well and meet deadlines effectively. 
• Familiarity with e-shops or digital tools is an advantage.
