Your Role – Trusted Right Hand to the CEO

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Senior Associate to support our CEO directly. You’ll act as an extension of the CEO – preparing strategic presentations, analyzing financials, managing investor materials, and helping drive key projects across the business. Whether it’s crafting a board deck, organizing critical data, or solving time-sensitive problems, you’ll play a central role in making sure the CEO – and the company – move forward with clarity and impact.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the CEO in daily priorities, strategic initiatives, and high-urgency tasks.
  • Prepare presentations, briefings, and financial overviews for investors, board meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Help shape and maintain company strategy.
  • Manage monthly investor reporting and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Drive or assist with cross-functional projects across finance, business development, and operations.
  • Synthesize information quickly and clearly to enable smarter, faster decision-making.
  • Be a confidential, reliable partner to the CEO across a wide variety of initiatives.

What we expect from you:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in consulting (strategy, M&A, or similar).
  • Solid financial and analytical background – you can hold your own in a numbers-heavy discussion together with a strong sense for aestethics (picture tells more than thousands words).
  • You’re ready to move from advising to real ownership inside a dynamic company.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution and organization skills.
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint – and turning complexity into clarity.
  • You’re discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable operating at the highest levels of leadership.
  • You’re a problem solver who loves variety, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
