• Update and distribute master data (HPV, Head Count, Efficiency).
• Set and distribute short- and long-term efficiency targets.
• Create Operator Instruction Sheets (OIS).
• Represent the shop in cross-functional teams with ME and Logistics.
• Act as the shop interface for ME in running production.
• Serve as the shop specialist for processes and products (including pre-production and buy-offs).
• Support production with first-line analysis and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Drive productivity improvements and help meet man-hour targets.
• Manage minor non-product spending projects.
• Conduct capacity investigations and justify process improvements.
• Oversee and optimize line layout and tooling in production and projects.
• Coordinate manning needs and secure good ergonomic solutions.
• Lead process improvements to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Support line balancing and new product/process introductions.

NABÍZÍME

• 13th salary (pro-rated, 1/2 paid in June and 1/2 in December);

POŽADUJEME

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering-related subjects.
• Experience requirement: More than 5 years of engineering experience in highly automation OEMs.
• Have strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistance.
• Quick leaner, good computer software skills, PPT master is a plus.
• Excellent in English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
