We are looking for an HR specialist in the area of Compensation & Benefits covering the "Mature Markets" and "Emerging Markets" regions of the WILO SE group. The position is located at WILO CS s.r.o. in Čestlice, and the direct supervisor is the Regional HR Manager for Mature Markets at WILO SE.
Job Description:
- Ensure proper implementation of regional standards and processes for compensation and benefits strategy in line with the global strategy.
- Oversee compensation databases, job descriptions, compensation comparisons, and annual performance evaluations.
- Research, analyze, and develop modifications to compensation and benefits programs to meet identified organizational goals in the region.
- Close collaboration with regional and local HR teams.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of regional C&B strategy in alignment with business and HR strategy.
- Manage implementation, participate in, and potentially lead global or regional C&B projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of employee payroll data in the global HR-IT system.
- Ensure the availability of consistent compensation guidelines that meet job position requirements and organizational culture and ensure effective communication.
- Ensure the availability of accurate job descriptions according to global role profiles.
- Conduct job mapping and assign the correct roles to employee profiles.
- Responsibility for the implementation of global C&B processes (e.g., SIP, TMBS, Local BS) and the development/implementation of new regional C&B processes as required in the region.
- Execute the correct regional wage budgeting process through close collaboration with the global C&B team.
- Develop and implement programs for employee retention and appreciation closely linked to Talent Management strategies and procedures.
- Effective financial management, budget planning, cost center control, and proper financial reporting in accordance with defined group standards.
- Responsibility for salary benchmarking in the relevant region according to global HR benchmarking standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and finance, to ensure effective communication and coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Provide expertise and support to the local HR team and HR business partners in all related matters (e.g., market analysis, individual benchmarks, cost projections, balance sheets, bonus schemes).
- Additional activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
Qualification Requirements:
- University degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar relevant field.
- Previous experience in HR and knowledge of best practices.
- 2-5 years of experience in international HR / C&B.
- High sence of working with confidential informations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software), especially working with Excel on a high level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of English at least at level B2.
