Tech Support Specialist with Java & SQL - Junior Friendly!

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Java and SQL
  • Support customers in real-time via chat, phone, and online channels
  • Track and manage cases in the ticketing system
  • Communicate issue statuses effectively with customers
  • Create and update resources for the User Community and internal knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally

POŽADUJEME

  • Practical experience with SQL and Java
  • Bachelor's degree in IT
  • At least 1 year in tech support, development, IT or QA
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
